HOW IT WORKS

• We begin all of our team building sessions with ‘ice-breaker’ spoken and musical introductions
• Followed by a team brainstorming session, planning and sharing of tasks, incorporating the key values and goals of your business or organisation
• You will work closely with Richard and Ben who will help shape your ideas, and discuss key themes and methods of meeting challenges
• Your ideas will become titles, rousing song choruses and memorable melodies
• You will step outside your comfort zone, be challenged in new and creative ways which you couldn’t experience in the office environment
• You will then step up to the microphone and record your song – overcoming performance fears!
• Your team will go from a blank canvas to finished record by pulling together
